Shipping Policy

We courier through The Courier Guy, and once your order has been shipped it can take up to 2-3 business days for you to receive your order.

As of the making of the cases and order itself – All our cases and accessories are made specifically just for you, we don’t pre-make the cases, that is why it can take a bit longer for you to receive your package – we get your order and then we make is specifically just for you!

We strive to ship the order within 4-6 business days from receipt, but it can differ based on the volume of orders.

Most of the time it would not be so long, but sometimes it can take longer, we know you are just excited to receive your order as we are to make it for you, so we try our best to ship the order as soon as possible!

If there are something wrong or unusual with your order we will let you know via mail.

You should also get a confirmation email once you have placed your order, then once we have shipped your package we will send you another email with your shipping details and a tracking number.

All packages are sanitized before handed to the couriers.
